Dan Fried, RCM, CSM


When Capital Concierge was founded in 2000, the high performance standards set for the company became deeply rooted. After establishing a reputation as one of the most popular independent property management companies in the furnished market industry,

in 2004, the focus switched to management of Condominium Corporations, where an enviable service record has since been developed, contributing to the company’s continued growth.

 An Ottawa native, Dan is married, with 2 young daughters, and currently lives with his family in Barrhaven. Outside of work, he is active in the community and currently CEO of Capital Concierge Charitable Foundation and CEO of the Angels of Hope, a CHEO Foundation affiliated charity.


Dan is one of the few PMs in Ottawa to hold the Registered Condominium Managers (RCM) designation and is a member in good standing with Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI).

Yawar Khan


Yawar Khan currently deals with the residential real estate management division, strategic planning, investor relations and business development. He has a B.Sc. (Honors) in Biology and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Ottawa.

Yawar has over 22 years of progressive management experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to forming the company, he was with the Ottawa Hospital where he worked as a key liaison between the hospital and the medical staff.  His diverse experiences include start-up operations, business analysis, business development and governance. He has managed significant budgets, developed and implemented best practices in medical clinics, hospital and other corporate environments.


In his current role, Yawar actively manages properties and oversees the operations of the remainder of the residential portfolio.

Nélia da Silva

Director of HR
& Administration

Nélia has recently returned to Canada after 20 years of living abroad. Nélia has more than three years of experience in the property management world, and over fifteen years of experience in customer service.

Integral Property Management is where Nélia had her start in the Property Management world as an Accounting Clerk, stepping into the position of an Assistant Property Manager, and quickly progressed into her current role.

She prides herself in her exceptional attention to detail, has a very high standard of quality of work, as well as communication and client relationship skills. Nélia speaks four languages, and has a background in Gestalt Psychotherapy.

Nélia currently lives in Aylmer with her husband and two dogs. When not working, she enjoys traveling, yoga, cooking and wine tasting, as well as hiking with the family.

Jen was proudly born and raised in St. John’s, NL and moved to Ottawa 16 years ago with her 2 sons. When not at the office she enjoys creating and cooking meals with her eldest son; trying to keep up with her younger sons’ many sporting commitments and walking with her 2 dogs.

Becky was born and raised in Ottawa and has a son. She graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Communications. She is quickly advancing her skills and knowledge in Property Management.

In her spare time she enjoys playing sports, traveling and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle.

Michael Barnett

Property Manager

Michael joined the company in late 2016. He brings experience working in regional residential property management and more than a decade of experience in hotel management internationally (in Dubai, England and Ottawa).

Over the years, he has worked as a senior manager in regional multi unit residential property management and years of experience as a department management in hotels. Prior to working in hotel management, he worked as Sale Consultant for Zurich International in Dubai, where he received international recognition for his outstanding sales performance at the Million Dollar Round Table. At Capital Concierge, he applies his extensive experience providing outstanding customer service and revenue management to benefit the owners of the condos he oversees.


Michael was born in St-Eustache, Quebec, but grew up all over the world, including Vancouver, Iran and Dubai. After meeting and living with his wife in England for a few years, they moved to Ottawa almost 10 years ago. They have a puppy named Parker and a cat named Cleo.

Kaitlin Headley

Mellissa enjoys the Property Management world and all the challenges it provides. She is absorbing all the knowledge possible and working hard to move her career forward, and one day become a Property Manager in her own right.

She was born in Ottawa and raised in Kanata, until in her early teens when she and her own family moved to Buckingham, a town in the province of Quebec. She still resides in this small town where she raises her two daughters.

Her family is number one priority. She dedicates most of summer weekends camping and enjoys boating, fishing & 4 wheeling.

She brings 30 years of customer service and administrative experience gained through her years working in the housing

Born and raised in Ottawa, Anne is also a trained journalist who enjoys reading, writing, hiking, travel and spending time with her husband and their Silky Terrier.

Olesea Axentii

Olesea Axentii was born and raised in Moldova, a small little country in Eastern Europe.

Olesea graduated from university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She brings with her more that 5 years of experience in accounting, customer service and of course a part of her Moldavian culture and customs. Olesea loves her profession and continuously aspires to be better and learn more. She also thrives in a team environment and enjoys teach as well as learning from others.

Married, with 2 daughters, Olesea currently lives in the Gatineau area where she has a wonderful support system and social life.

Réjean D’Aoust

Property Manager

Réjean has been working for more than three years as a Property Manager.  He has always been able to achieve with success all the challenges that the Company has given him.  Being that he is easy to approach with his way of work among his clients and colleagues, this has

permitted him to become a Senior Property Manager.  Indeed, during the last three years, Réjean has managed above expectations a portfolio of 850 doors among thirty or so projects. Happily for the company, his 35 years of diversified employments have prepared him in setting up and conducting the Boards of Administration.

Prior to joining the Integral team, Réjean worked for fourteen years as Program Coordinator of Social Delegates, known as the “Unionized Employee Assistance Program for Workers in Difficulty”. His main working objectives were customer services, information analysis and having a good ear to help in finding the best solutions in difficult situations.  With this position, he trained employees in becoming social delegates, and First-Line Responders. Note that he also supervised approximately 120 First-Line Responders annually.

His involvement within the community is exemplary. He was president of the school board of his municipality high school for five years. He sat for ten years on the Local Centre of Development in social investment board and arbitrated to represent workers at the Employment Insurance for eight years.

By his dedication and implication, he obtained a nomination as the Leading figure of the week from Radio-Canada and the newspaper Le Droit. Réjean also received the honor of the Leading figure of the year in preventing suicide from the regional consultation table that same year!

Réjean and his spouse Anne-Marie are proud and happy parents of two young women, Marie-France and Katherine, and loving grandparents of a young boy, Olivier. They all live in Gatineau, part of the wonderful Outaouais Region.

Barbara Ravanelli

Barb is committed to providing excellent service to all clients under her portfolio.   Barb works well under pressure and excels at crisis management.   Barb oversees  each and every project through to its conclusion and has mastered the art of meeting and exceeding management expectations and contractor performances to reach excellent delivery to the companies clientele.


Barb lives in Greely and has raised two wonderful sons, Nicholas(27) and Jonathan(25).  Both have completed university with master degrees and are working in their chosen fields.

Pascaline Congera

Accounting Clerk

Pascaline Congera was an accounting technician at Integral Property Management. And now an accounting clerk with Capital Integral Property Management Company.

She was born in Republique Democratic

Barbara Ravanelli, Property Manager

of Congo and immigrated to Canada in 2007.


In 2008, she started working in a manufacturing industry and after a year, decided to switch her

shift to part-time and to go back to school in 2009. During her studies, she enjoyed providing advises to student with school and personnel problems as well taking note for persons with disabilities. In 2012, she obtains her college postsecondary school’s diploma concentrated in accounting with honor at La cité collégiale. After her College graduation, she worked as an Operation Support Clerk for Federal Court of Canada and volunteering as Accounting Clerk for a Non-profit organization and as a treasurer/Accountant for another Non-profit Organization.

In 2013, she decided to continue her education. She then graduated from Telfer School of Management with a Bachelor degree specializing in accounting program in 2016.

She pursued her career as a Tax coordinator for a charitable organization that works to curb financial exploitation and indebtedness, before joining Integral Property Management. She was passionate interacting with Ottawa residents living on low or middle income by encouraging individuals and their families to file their Income Tax and achieve financial autonomy. She enjoys volunteering by helping family and friend each year to file their Income Tax. She also worked as Enumerator Agent on 2016 Census with Statistics Canada, and as Deputy returning officer and resource helper with Election Ontario and Election Canada during Election time.

In her free time, she loves to spend time with family and friends, watching movies and discussing about different topics.

Capital Integral uses the latest technology to help streamline everyday transactions. These systems allow for complete transparency by granting Board members real time access to their finances 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Some of our unique services include:

  • Board and owner portals

  • Online payment

  • Invoice approval

  • Online electronic cheque signing

  • Payment of common element fees via credit or debit card


All of these uses of technologies have been approved by a team of independent auditors and legal advisers.


Capital Integral has many options with respect to maintenance. We will work with you and design a maintenance, cleaning and/or superintendent program that fits your Corporation’s unique needs.


We have developed off-site superintendent programs, hired live-in superintendents, concierges, security, cleaners and combinations of all of these.


Capital Integral also has a team of trained, licensed and vetted contractors waiting to help protect your investment.



Capital Integral Property Management utilizes a very customer friendly after-hours service.


Owners only require a single telephone number for any issue. This number can be called 24 hours a day regardless of whether it is a financial question or a flood.

After regular hours, a series of prompts direct the caller to an operator who takes the call and begins our after-hours emergency procedure.


Our average call back time to the originator of the emergency call is 85 seconds.
