Dan grew his business to a total of 15 team members, when in 2017 he merge with Yawar Khan and they formed the new entity called CI Property Management.

In 2022 Dan and his partner negotiated the merger between CI Property Management and Apollo Property Management to secure the second largest Condominium Management Company. While Dan stayed with the newly merged entity at the c suite level, his main focus was the expansion of Capital Property Solutions.
